D2 map?

i have been think about this for awhile and i tihnk i might do it. first i will post about soem stuff then vote plz
1)You have to maek hero in act 1 map
2)You might be able to maek the hero and just go to the act 5 map and sit there
3)items u have will not be saved
4)magical items might not be as random
5)abiltys wil be hard to orginze(for learning and casting (i am thinking abotu using those books to separt them))
6)models will not be custom (unless i get help)
7)if u havnt' figured otu it will be in 5 parts.

so those are the things that might cause proplems or not

well...as long as you can spell stuff in the map correctly, it should be fine :D

there is already plenty of d2 maps. but go ahead if you want to do it.

Dear God no, not another Diablo map. Why?! The game's built around killing monsters repeatedly and hoping the random item generator coughs out a good rare item (ha ha) or an overpowered unique item. Warcraft doesn't have that sophisticated of an item generator, you can't save characters, you can't do the cow level repeatedly, and you can't equip hacked items, kill other players and say, "I pwned j00 n00bz!" before somebody tells you to STFU.

Sorry to rain on your parade. If you want to play Diablo, go play Diablo. It's even made by Blizzard. Don't make a poor dumb cousin to a game that already exists. Go make something novel that you'd be proud of.

diablo owns all games. even war3. as a matter of fact the second that 1.10 patch is up for download you guys will be seeing a lot less of me. not to say i will no longer be here. but i won't be here as much. at any rate i love diablo 2 and if someone wants to make a map of it that is good than by all means do it. i was going to but i messed up the terrain and it was way too big of a map and it was my first map so it needed improvement. so i just decided to ditch it for another map and maybe come back to it later. but it helped me to improve in many areas tho.
