(LOK)Sarafan skin

This is my first skin i'm putting together, with a little help from Allanon[Druid](recolored everything grey) i have tried hard to make this skin work. I've only begun skinning 3 days ago maby.

How am i doing? I'll probaly add more to it sooner then later.

Yea its pretty close to the pic, maybe a darker shade of red?

U)Smokenham. the pic is from a game could Soul Reaver 2 for the PS2. It's part 4 i think of a 5 series game, the Legacy of Kain series. My favirote PS2 games=)

The breastplate doesnt match.

i know, i'm working on it right now but i fear it will probably be the most challenging part to make.

and another thing, what should i do with the shield?

you COULD try and alpha the whole thing...

try getting someone to make a tc-less model so you can alpha the shield

this is my first ry to change his chest, so i'm still working but any suggestions? It's alot more difficult then i originally thought.

i don't think you can alpha out the shield...

take out the alpha color :)

Why didn't you use the regular footman?

Pretty nice but it looks like you didn't change much.

i thought about using the footman but i really dislike that skin. Besides i dont want an exact duplicate, just close enough to resemble.
And you can get rid of the sheild, i dunno about all that alpha stuff but i'll try. I just got Wolverine's paint program and with his metal tutorial helping me the chest should look better.
