Bug? I cant rate Trigger Repository Attachments

Ahh yes, sorry. I removed the trigger section because people dont really use attachments there. Im comming up with an alternate rate system for places like the tutorials forum.

Really? , If you take a look at that forum you'll note that most of the threads have a before.

But If you are going to replace it with something able to rate threads that don't have an attachment just for those forums, it is good.
