for example i can take out a shield with the alpha channles right?? can i add a shield too with them?? |

An alpha channel is how transparent or points on a skin that have an invisible texture, you could probably reshape the shield to a smaller version, but not make a whole new big one, example, you can take chips or kinks with an alpha. |
