Picture Conversion, help me plz

This maybe sounds weird but can someone change only this image to 32-bits Tga and then Blp, my image extractor doesnt work and my photoshop trial is out.

I know it isnt a very nice button but it didnt need to be more complecated than that. Here is a better example:
