I know that I replaced the right geosets on this... But as you can see it just does not look right..... emote_sweat Does anyone know what I did wrong? I used KMK's Importer, DEX Exporter, GMax, and Yobguls. emote_confused

More info is needed, way of method, what is your aim, etc

Ok sorry about that.

I use KMK's Importer to import into GMax and select Static and uncheck bone rotation. I then simply move the verticies around so that the rider disappears from the huntress model. I export using DEX and replace every geoset. I replaced the Geoset { parts and also replace the Normals { for those corresponding geosets as well. I save and convert back to .mdx.

I dont know if that is enough info or not. My goal is nothing specific. I have been trying forever to geoset merge but every model turns out like this with the body strewn about. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! :D

in this case what did you replace?
from the original panther mdx ->mdl then replace the geoset data?
or?

remember that Kmk's importer screws boneplacement so its most likely that the bones are not orrectly assigned at all

I alter the mdx file then export. From there I yea open the original huntress file and copy the Geoset { data and the Narmals { data for each geoset area into the original huntress model... I also did not realize it mess up the bones... How would I fix this then? Or is there another importer for GMax that does not mess up bones? If so can you give a name or link?

Thanks!
