Short answer is you can't.
Long answer, you can use item - remove, but since it only affects the last created, you have to make a variable for each. You could also pre-place the item in an inaccessible region, then move it to the desired region, then back, and so on.

That is the only way you can get rid of an item, besides using it.
I don't think that removing items is going to cause any problems.
