you mean that thing that looks fleshy colored? I think that might be part of her leg, and the brownish color on the bottom half might be part of a nylon. Those japanese always have someone wearing nylons in their games =/

japanese have a very wierd sense of fashion. if you look at their anime, it all looks like clothes from the 60s and 70s. they might be behind by a few years :ggani:

EDIT: You must have been posting the same time as me. That IS part of her leg, and it looks way out of porportion, and even dumb looking on the skin. I would just add some more belts or some more of her dress instead of having the weird looking leg there.

for her attack animation, have a modeler split her arms so they arent a U shape and they become arms (if you know what i mean.) Then make her hands like go in the air, or out in front with some magicky sparkles on it or something

Ah I see it now, in the picture it looked like it was outside the dress, kinda looked like a mug of frothy beer to me :ggani: . It's obvious now, but whats she doing with a random hole in her dress? It's definately out-of-place in the skin I'm sorry to say.
