Dodge and burn are terms they got from photography.

Dodge - Underexposes the area, lightning it
Burn - Overexposes the area, darkening it

Its on the tools menu. By default it is on the left of the screen, if you have it turned off go Menu->Tool bars->Tools. Its image is a brayback ground with a white(for dodge) or black(for burn) squggle thing on it (I think its the right row, third collum down). It might be covered by something, so click the little triangle and hold till a list comes up.

Hope that helps

I was talking about psp 8, and i was using a computer that has photoshop when i typed that. You cant expect to remember every thing of a program i didnt even have with me.

There is a tools menu, the program would be even more useless if it didnt.

And i didnt use spell check, want me to post screen shots to prove to u im know what im talking about?

I clearly stated at least twice that i was using PSP7, and you post help for PSP8 and Adobe photoshop. Lets think of the logistics of this. How is help for programs i dont even have supposed to help me? Your attempt is much appreciated, dont get me wrong, but if your going to help someone make sure your on the same page as them.:D

Oops my fault, I though that psp 8 and psp 7 were close enough that i could help. I honestly never used psp 7, and dont intend to.

I guess I was on a differnt page and didnt realize it. If you post a screenshot of your interface I should be able to tell you where the dodge and burn is.
