Ok, So I Figured I Could Easily Eliminate A Lot Of Posts On "What Does This Function Do, And What Does This Function Do?". I Also Need Points, But For Now... (Based On The Frozen Throne World Editor)

Hero Picking...

Ok, The First Step Of Hero Picking Is To Simply, And At That, Create A Hero You Want Picked... Very Simple, Just Either Use A Warcraft Hero, Or A Made Up Hero, For Example, I Will Use The Warden In This Example...

To Start, Create A Circle Of Power In The Area Where The Hero Picking Unit Should Enter. To Do This, Go To Window, Palets, Unit Palet, Select That, And Change The Class From Human To Nuetral Passive, Then Change From Melee To Campaign, Then Change The Ownership From Player One Red To Nuetral Passive. Under The Buildings Menu At The Bottom, Select The Large Circle Of Power, And Place It Two Space In Front Of Where The Hero Will Be. See Diagram A.

Diagram A

0 <<<<-------- (Large Circle Of Power)

Then, Place The Hero Two Spaces In Front... (Refer To Diagram A)
In This Example, I Have Placed A Warden Where The Hero Goes, And I Have Changed The Ownership To Nuetral Passive. To Do This, Exit Out Of The Unit Pallet, And Re Enter It, Windows>>>Palets>>>Units. Do NOT Select ANY UNITS. Click On The Hero, Or In This Case The Warden, And Change Ownership To Nuetral Passive. (Note, Changing Ownership To Non-Passive Units Can Not Be Achieved Without The Method Above, Aware To Me). Now, Create A Region In The Center Of The Circle Of Power, Covering The Checkered Box. If You Mess It Up, You Can Always Exit The Palet, Re Enter It, And Pull The Edges On It. To Get To This Pallet, The Path Is Windows>>>Palets>>>> Regions, And Click On The Square Shaped Button To Place A Region, Like You Would Clicking And Dragging A Mouse. Then, It Will Appear As "Region 001" In The World Editor Region Palet, Right Click It, And Change Its Name To The Name Of The Hero, In This Case, The Region Is Called Warden. So, Now On To The Triggers;

Category>>> Hero Picking
Trigger>>> Warden Pick

Event; Unit Enters Warden (<<< The Region)
Condition; Entering Unit Is Equal To (The "Hero Picking Unit)
Action; Do Unit Remove Entering Unit From Game;
Action; Do Unit Create One (Unit Type Of Hero, (Warden)) At (Region) For Owner Of Entering Unit

(A Unit Type Comparison Is Required For The Condition)

Simply Create A Seperate Region Using The Instructions On Top... To Avoid Creating Different Sided Heroes, Add The Event If Then, Else, Including If Owner Of Entering Unit Is Equal To (The Player), Then Create One Unit (Hero) Type At Center Of (The Player Team's Region)...

(Note, 275 Is The Angle At Which Units Face Forward)

Now, This Is To Start... As You Add Comments, I Will Edit This Post, And Add More To It... Thank You, And PM ME If You Need Help With It, Do Not Reply Here... (Greatly Apreciated)...

Kane, the whole capitalizing the first letter of Every Word Thing Makes Your Post Completely Unreadable.

If you want to make a helpful tutorial, fix that.

Meh that hero selection scheme is overused and unwieldy, I always use a double click system.

No offense taken, I'll just ignore it. I doubt I'll be the last.

Agreed.
Its almost as offensive as writing in all caps. I suggest you do change it. (Paste it into word and use the set case -> lower case then simply captalize teh start of each sentence.) Not changing it means I'll probably delete it because its probably the most annoying tutorial I've seen yet.
