Freeware: Skin Editing Tools

IDISacredIDI	Are their any? Im looking for a small to d/l skin editing tool thats not too hard to use. Any links would be appreciated. Im using 56k dial-up connection so things like Paint Shop Pro 8 (55.6megs) is way out of the possible proggys that I can d/l, it needs to be 8-10megs max. Thanks, IDISacredIDI

Bulletcatcher	The installer for windows and required files can be downloaded from http://www2.arnes.si/~sopjsimo/gimp/. You too would know this if you spent more than ten seconds looking at the page, I think.
