A Proposal for the Board

I have a request... is there any way it might be possible to put, prominently, preferrably in nice, big letters, somewhere (like on the main Forum page or, heck, in every forum) that people should use the Search feature to try to find help on what they're looking for before they post? It just seems that with WC3 Campaigns keeping such enormous backups, it's not only annoying but truly a shame to see people repeatedly asking the same thing over and over when it's been answered before and quite well, or maybe there are even tutorials on it. And while we're at it, is there any way to make Search somewhere besides the inconspicuous, easy-to-miss bar of text at the bottom of every page? I know a lot of people just never realize it's there until they're told, so it might improve things to have it somewhere they might expect and/or might see more often, like near the top of every page instead of the bottom.

I realize newbies will be newbies and nothing will ever stop the occasional post for help because they didn't read, didn't pay attention, or were too lazy, but at least it might improve things a little.
