A unit in a region

If a unit is standing in a region, how would i adresses that unit or units in the region to move to anoter region? I am thing this in a periodic event.

that works, but i forgot to mention, i only want units controlled by a certian palyer to be moved.

use a unitgroup

Use Unit Group - Pick every unit..... and Do your action to Picked Unit.
