G'day ya'll, here's a problem of mine. I made my own awesome model, with a awesome skin (Both from a scratch). But when I import the model into the WE, it's 100% Teamcolor. That's not good. Not good at all. All the paths are quadruple-checked and all that, so that ain't the problem. Obviously I've done something wrong with the skin. Could anybody please tell me what? |

it could be something as stupid as the alpha channeling or that the picture itself it not the right size. |

Did you get rid of the "ReplaceableId 1," under the texture in mdl? |

If it's not the model, then you need to check your skin's alpha channels. Make sure there is only one alpha channel. You could try attaching a flat (no alpha) skin to see if it's a skin error or not. |

Okay, got it working and all. (Was that stupid ReplaceableID) Anyways, the UVW cordinates are all screwed up. And since I bet my money they're not in the MDL; how do I fix them? And if you need to know, I did unwrap the model perfectly in MAX before exporting it. Altho I did collapse it...but it still looked alright when I rendered... |
