help with a archer skin

ok ive skinned the archer and added it she looks differnat afart from her little picture at the bottom ( the one that talks and moves there mouth )

If you are using Warcraft3 Image Extractor, search for the skin that your using and it will give you everything to do with it (buttons ect) this should allow you to edit all of the skins you need.

im talking about the 3d picture it normal changed when u add the skin but this time it hasnt and she looks differant in game

Ah I get what you mean. Weid it usually works, try removing your skin from the map then adding it again. If that doesnt work try adding your skin to another map and see if it works their.

Actually, with the release of Frozen Throne (and perhaps before it, too, not sure though) the archer runs on two skins.

One is used for the unit itself while the other is for the portrait (the 3d face)

You need to replace both files for it to work. Here are the paths:

Units\NightElf\Ranger.blp
Textures\Ranger.blp

Replace those two with the same skin and you'll be in business.

It is:
Units\NightElf\Archer\Ranger.blp
