Alpha stuff: Only team color show up on skin in game!

I edited a skeleton archer, skeleton warrior and dire wolf in photoshop. Ive edited before, and everything has worked fine. But the different with these 3 is that i used alpha channel to make stuff invisible, you know the black&white layer where black is invisible and white is visible. I made some minor changes, makin the sword shorter, took away a big part in the legs.. but when i import the .trg pictures into Wc3 Image extractor 2, change them intom .blp (blizzard image format), start world editor, load the .blp files in the "import menu" and change their pathways to replace the existing ones (example: changed pathway of skeleton to "textures\skeleton.blp" to replace the skeleton with this one), then pushed test map, the unit were gone inside the game. The only thing i cud see was the team colors on the model jumping around. None of my other skins have had this, whats wrong?

Plz help me!!!!!

Nvm, i found the problem: when i entered the alpha channel, the other channels (blue, red, green) turned off. So there were no colors, except the team colors which is being ADDED IN GAME.

Some mod can close this now..
