confused

now...i figured it out ( i deleted paint shop pro 8 and used microsoft picture it instead) and i continued reading. s/he said i should save it to the MPQ2k something-or-other. i dont know what that is. is it something i need to download? or is it a folder in some hidden thing? please answer this, because once i figure this out i will be on my way towards skinning.

Im just as confused lol, im not too sure what you mean. Try looking at some of the tutorials on skinning they might be of some help. (folow the link in my siggy).
