Possible Points: Name In Map! Needed Trigger Spell Help

Ok, heres the deal. I have an AoS in the works and need some help. As everyone knows, the flashier and cooler the spell, the more people like the spell. I have a number of these that need triggers to operate, and I just don't have the time to do them all. If you help me, simply post the map with the spell on it (try to keep variables to a minimum, they are hard to import) and I will rate it a five if you have done it correctly, and everyone else may also rate it. (Fast Points) I will also take any tips that come my way on how to make my AoS unique and better or more fun than others. That being said, here are a few spells I need help with:

Blade of the Typhoon:
I want this spell to be based off of windwalk. It should give an aura (No Icon) to the hero that increases their speed of attack and movement by 200%. I then want a blur to appear behind him (In the direction he is facing) for the duration of the spell. (The blur being a slightly transperent, perhaps darkened version of the original model which is a SpellBreaker). I need this to last 15 seconds with a 95 second cooldown.

Energy Pulse:
I want this spell to be based off of Roar. It should auto target units from 1000 distance and use a dormant ability (Also needed) to attack them each. The dormant ability should have no cooldown and be based off the red energy ball attack thing. Basically make a Enfo Frost Scythe move with no stun.
