Hi, I can skin units just fine using Image Converter II, but when I try the same thing on the blps for the UI (buttons, the console at the bottom of the screen, etc), the image that I edit doesn't show up when I run the map. It's just not there. So, how do I replace the UI images and get them to show up when running the map? |

Items in the UI folder are not loaded locally. Put the files in your War3Path.mpq and it will work. But it means it doesn't work unless you're building a MOD. |

With the TFT editor I think you can possibly change the UI by importing the right files, and selecting them through one of the Editors under the Advanced Menu. I think it was the UI Constants. The same place you change what the gold icon looks like. Or thats how they did it in the Legicies RPG I think. Hope it helps. |

Wow, thanks for the fast response. Ok, I think I know how to change War3Patch.mpq, but what are the consequences? Will people be able to play my map on battle.net?(assuming they both have the mod of course) |

The consequences aren't good. As far as I know, you won't be able to play multiplayer games. Period. Try Peepers suggestion, I'v never tried it, but I don't think it'll work. |

Okie, thought it might, becareful with what you change because some stuff will still show up Even if you change the them. If you delete/alpha out part of the interface I think it shows up white and not sure how to fix that. If you find out let me know cuse it would be very helpful :ggani: |
