Guest | I have a map with one Orc base and one Human base. I put in my own starting units and took out the Melee trigger for starting units. So I have a trigger that tells all the Peons/Peasants in a particular area to mine gold. When the game starts, the Orcs have the gold mine, but it disappears in the first few seconds, leaving a puff of dust. Also, the Humans' Town Hall disappears in the first few seconds of play. What's causing this and how do I fix it? |

Guest | I'm not sure, I guess more info on "how" you put in your own starting units. Did you use triggers? Also, how did you tell them to mine? What is really odd is thst both races don't behave the same. Are their other conditions you are settings for each race? |

Guest | 1) Are these buildings the standard Town Halls for the various races, or have you edited them? 2) How much gold is in the gold mine? 3) What are the triggers you are using besides the standard "melee initlization"? |

Guest | 1) These are standard buildings (Human Town Hall, Orc Stronghold) 2) There is 50,000 gold 3) I have a region that contains all the Peons, for example, that I want to mine gold. When the map loads, my trigger issues an order to all units in that region to harvest from the gold mine. But when they get there, the mine disappears. On the human side, when a Peasant takes a bag of gold to the Town Hall, the Town Hall disappears. |

Guest | Thanks for all your responses, but I fixed the problem. I moved the starting units to the south of the gold mine, and it works fine now. |
