I hope to God that someone has an answer for me here. I've got some models I've imported into a map to test them out, but when I actually tried the map, the units don't show up. How come? I beg of you (whoever "you" is)... help! |

It would help if you gave more specifics. Did you make these or are they downloaded? Did it come with a readme specifying paths? Do you have models and textures imported and in theh corect path? |

These are my own models. I edited a Grunt into a lizardman, and Jaina into my own character. I put the .mdx and .blp in the textures folder and used the exact same pathname when I imported them. They show up in the World Editor, but they don't show up in game. |

most of the time the green/black cube means that a texture / attachement could not been found at the specified location. IF itdoesnt help you give more details or send (an "empty" map with your unit and its skinns) |

the skinpath must be correct and the line replaceable 1 in the mdl must be removed |

I'm pretty sure it also happens if there are some errors in the .mdl, such as when I tried adding lights to my model. :( |
