I've finished my ghoul skin couple of days ago, and I seem having trouble getting it to work.

(I have seen every tutorial on the site and checked most topics about this).

Problem: When I finished importing the skin, it appers invisable besides the team color.

Ask if you need a pic.

Make sure there is only one alpha channel. I had this problem when I added an extra alpha channel. If you find an extra in the TGA, delete it, and retry.

Upload the TGA and I'll look at it.

That's your problem. Here, I fixed your file, and it works fine now. Reply and say when you get it, and I'll delete it.

Then it is likely something YOU are doing wrong.

You must be doing something wrong. Tell us what you are doing. I tested it out, and it worked just fine.

I convert the Skin into blp using the war3 veiwer, then I place it into the map by going to the import manager, changing its path to ghoul path found in the war3 veiwer.

This problem is really common. All you need to do is take the tga file convert it to blp at a lower conpresion value than you did earlier. Keep trying untill you find a level that it will work at. I assume you have wc3 viewer.
