How do I get Hero abilities to appear like this?

If anybody has played Advanced Hero Arena, you might have noticed that there are many abilities that were moved around from their proper slots like Slow and Invisibility.

Here's a map I found. It has things like Critical Strike moved to the second position box! How the heck did the guy do it? I checked out the guy's website but he didn't say a thing about how.
