How can i import my skin (blp) onto a model in Warcraft 3 viewer 2.2?

i want to preview my skin without opening the world editor, and i know i can do it with warcraft 3 viewer, but i am unsure about the steps, can someone plz give me a little walkthrough

I am not sure I have been having trouble with this too and I asked KDEWolf about it and he said something about using some mpq editor or something. but I haven't been able to figure it out.

All you really need to do is put the file in the right path in your warcfat 3 directory.

In other words, Ill use the watcher as an example, the path is Units\Creeps\Watcher\Watcher.blp. In the wc3 folder create a folder named "units", in that folder create a folder named "creeps", in that folder create a folder named "Watcher", Place that watcher skin in there.
