psp 8 (no skin)?

flamesforzuljin	i dunno if someone cleared this up alredy, but: i heard a rumor that psp 8 wont let u skin. is that true? jw

flamesforzuljin	is that the thing where you can view the model file? i think i have it (the cloak of flames icon) if it is, can someone give me a tut on how to use it properly ty
