Bad Gollum Skin!

What do you think of this bad gollum skin? Any suggestions? (By the way, yes, I know its bad)

Small Update - deleted most of the hair, changed teeth.

Face is awesome (did u cnp the eyes off that pic?) and the skin color is good too, BUT, work on the body itself, the shading isn't too good.

It think it mainly lacks value, it looks just a mass of pale flesh to me. The eyes do look like they were cnp to me once you mention it.

Yes, I've been caught, all that it is is a cut and paste, actually done from the one Gollum picture shown! I did it in no time at all, but let me say that THE GHOUL'S SKIN IS CRAP FOR MAKING A GOLLUM HEAD! The face skin is just hard to work with!
Yes I know it is not shaded, I just copied the same texture over and over.

did you cnp the whole face??? and work on the body? because the body needs allot of shading. but I love the face

I did one that didn't look half bad about 3 months ago. Lets see if I can find it.

For the face, No, I didnt just cut and paste the face on. Unfortunately, Gollum's face and the Ghoul's skin are incompatible.

Here's the latest version - I changed the chest and neck.
