I think he is talking about the actual map, like description, loading screen. You need to extract files from the map like war3map.j and stuff. Use a MPQ program. I'd tell you a good one, but none of the ones I have work. |

Guest | Zepir's map editor works, except it doesn't let you change the wave properties. If you want to make it so new maps start with a certain name, etc., then you can edit one of those WorldEdit***.txt files in the ui\ folder (I think) of your war3.mpq. Then when you make a new map it'll have the right stuff. I assume you're at least a little familiar with doing that if you're making oversized maps. :) Just use Zepir's map editor. Open the map, change, save. It's that easy folks, kudos to Zepir! Care. |
