Dance Dance Revolution[WS] Mod

While I am waiting for my forum, i though i would put this up and see what people think.


Before I start let me give you a break down on DDR...

DDR conceptually is a very simple game. There is a platform with four arrows: up, down, left, and right.



There are four stationary arrows at the top of the screen. There will be arrows that scroll up from the bottom of the screen.



When the scrolling arrows overlap the stationary arrows, you then hit the corresponding arrow on the platform. And that's it!


Now back to the MOD.

This project started out just as an idea to make a Warcraft Style Dance Dance Revolution Mod. Seeing as how DDR is a franic in the world and all sorts of people play it, we thought why not make a Warcraft Mod based on DDR.

I have been working on this project for 2 months and have gatherd some people to help me continue it but we wanted to let other people know about this and help us along our way to creat a Warcraft Map that you can acutally have your charcater dance, have a score, and most of all have fun with it.

Heres how much I have done so far...

Terrain- 45%
Trigger- 75%
Models- 0%
Skins- 0%
Sound- 60%
Cinematics- 0%


By far we have made progress but not have a finished product yet. We are not going to realising any screen shots of what it looks like to the public yet. We might put up how the terrains will be like once I get some more models into the game. We are planning to have it finished by the Summer or Fall of Next Year. I have been accepted for hosting at WC3C and am waiting till Kharma re-relpys my PM with some finishing touches, so watch out for my forum here.

This Mod will Feature -

-New Models of DDR characters to dance with.
-Brand new Skins for the models.
-Brand new DDR system that allows you to choose diffrent areas to play. And a way to save and load your score and Character.
-Never before seen DDR music.
-Best of all, Modeled Arrows to show you the movment more cleraly.

-More to Come

This project is being made mostly by me and somewhere in the center I might be needing some help to really spice this project up.

Right now im in search of a Modeler and a Skinner. If you might be intrested or want to help, please PM here at WC3C and i'll explian all.

really odd...

Very Odd? In what way, Wish ou to be more specific if you don't mind.

Is it just me or are people just not intrested in seeing a Warcraft Style DDr Mod. Anyways right now im scripting all the triggers. I've allready layout a new screen, brand new skin for the warcraft layout, this project to look almost exact to the top picture of the in-game shots.

Still hope people actually like it:D
