Hey guys, I've developed a small tool to generate a 3D Studio ASC File base on a MDX file from War3. It's just a "improved" program compared with Peon's proggy. His program needed to have a MDl file generated by yob's proggy and asked you to do lot of stuff before converting.

So i've developd a tool to convert MDX to 3ds ASC. It is not complete and will not be completed. Let's wait for Yob and Dark Yoda do a real converter.

Meanwhile, you can use my proggy. It works like Peon's proggy does, but is much more simple.It is developed on VB6 and it uses commondialog. I will provide 2 versions:

Simple: Just the executable. If you have vb6 commondialog, use this.

Full: With Instaler (if you don't understand what am i talking about, please use this one)

UPDATE: Version 1.1
* It will now show the textures the model uses, so you can later extract them from the MPQ and thenconvert using a BLP-> JPG tool.
