UnknownMod(er), I don't think you quite understand the purpose of a sticky.

You see thats when something that is quite useful to the masses is deemed so important that we, the staff at wc3c, decide to leave it at the top of this message board despite its lack of activity.

Posting a stupid map is not a great way to get a sticky, although you can purchase a sticky for some unreasonable amount of points; thankfully though we can REMOVE IT.

W/e, map by Vilex, dont go kill your self over a ****ing sticky that wasnt there in the 1st place, just trying to get out his map, its a good map if you liked footmen wars, and remove your hildish modification to my poll, its very gay, and dont be such a smartass

Actually its the fact that he put sticky right by his map title. Ussually thats what people do when they want there thread stickied by a mod. I've yet to look at it, but I hate footman wars map in truth, I find it to as dull as madness was in Starcraft.

And as far as new people don't become mods you haven't been here long have you?
Skull in the begining recruited people to the site and gave them instant moderator positions and in some cases admin positions.

All in all this maps not actually THAT bad. The original was probably ok, but there's been addons to this badboy, with incomplete tooltips, missing hotkeys, and such. I'm not even sure why he's posting it, because considering he didn't even make it, I don't think it's even in the right forum.

I didnt see any downloads in the weeks its ben there, and its only ben here a day and theres at least 2 DL's

Its a beta version of his map, in 2 or 3 days hes gonna make a new versiion fixing the toolsips and hotkeys and such

(I agree it does need balancing)

And tooltips tend to not show up so i am assuming he does have tooltips

I think the funniest part of this thread is the fact there have been 2 downloads, yet there have been 5 votes on the quality of his map (not counting the i dont care ones).

Anyway as long as this is the advanced footman war thread illd like to instill upon you some propaganda for my footman wars map I made inbetween several other projects. Its got:
5 Different and new game options, such as capture the flag, king of the hill, kill victory etc. Better yet theyre all actually fun to play
The host sets at the start of the game the spawns, victory variables and race (for heroes, items etc)
Ive balanced AoE a bit, not to make it crappy but just to make it not totally overpowering.

All original triggering etc, better than most footman jobs which tend to be open up a non protected version and make all spells cost half as much or something else stupid. I think the king of the hill is slightly bugged, but unless I find someone who cares (PM me if u want an unprotected version of this) im not planning on releasing future versions.
