Maps in the game that you can't edit.

I want to know how you can access or edit maps like the Credits for example. You know, just to look at them and see how they did it, it'll help me a bunch if i know how they did that stuff.

Maps i can think of right now that you cannot access normally:

-Campaign maps
-The "credits" map
-When you beat the game there is a series of something like 5 maps (ex. the starcraft scene, football, rock concert, W2 intro, directing of a movie sort of thing)
