another DnD map?

I've noticed awhile back that in all the dungeons and dragons RPG maps that've been made, none were based on the oriental world of Rokugan (or Kara-Tur in 2nd edition) which is a very interesting world. I'd like to know if it's something that would interest the player base.

I started this a few days ago and here's what it's like, and what i'm planning to do:

4 players, 6 classes (or "jobs" or "heroes")

classes:
Kensei (or weapon master)
Wu-Jen (mage)
Ninja Spy (duh!)
Void Disciple (kind of weird class, i wanted to use it coz of cool name, but didnt know how to incorporate it in wc3 since it has very strange skills. I used a "take from enemy" concept and gave him stat reducing and leeching skills like faerie spirit and vamp aura.)
Shugenja (healer)
Bear Warrior (in dnd it can transform into a bear, but since alternex forms are fuxed, its just a druid of the claw looking hero with roar and stuff)

It has cinematic skipping features (when someone presses escape, it says he votes to skip, if everyone votes, it skips.)

every quest/sidequest has a cinematic to introduce you to the quest, and more cinematics as you complete the quest, for a total of _alot_ of cinematics! *whee*

I'm gonna make an equipment system: every item will have a "slot", and triggers will prevent you from, example, wearing two helmets, or two armors, etc. of course this doesnt apply to potions and accessories :)

I'm gonna use a dialog menu to do 2 things: lock/unlock camera, and talk to townfolks (unimportant townfolks will trigger a transmission message when you stand next to them and press the button. important ones will trigger a cinematic scene that introduce you to a quest.)

there's gonna be approximatly 12 quests. (6 optional quests, and 6 sub-quests to completing the "main" quest.)

2 main towns, with a boat travelling between each.


Here's how the story goes:
There's a village called Koten that is located on the border of the shadowlands (a demon and disease infested land). Jade rebukes these demons. So the village has this huge jaded statue in the middle that protects them. Then some sorcerer guy comes around, a bunch of samurais/kishi chargers from the village attack him (coz he's known evil and dangerous) but he slays them all with a few spells. Then he goes near the statue, uses mass teleport and disappears with the statue. So now the demons keep attacking the town. Your "main" quest is to find the statue. There's gonna be a sweet intro cinematic about the sorcerer killing a bunch of samurais and stealing the statue, once the village of Koten is completed.



SO... sounds good? Plz post comments/suggestions
I'm gonna try to have a beta version up for you guys to test soon.

Done:
-class selection
-cinematic skipping
-First area (gloomy forest that i didnt name yet, zombies raise at dusk, and die at dawn... kobolds and other common forest enemies)
-First town (Kaiu Shiro)
-First two optional quests
and all the cinematics that go with it.
