Shrinking a map that's already made

Is there any way to shrink the dimensions of a map from 256x256 to 128x128? The map is already made. I just need to shrink it. Not the file size, just the dimensions.

Yes, go under map size and camera bounds, and check the box modify map bounds, then use the arrows to change the size.
