I try to edit my Avatar, and it won't let me.

I delete my Avatar, and won't let me make a new one.

I click the 'More info...' next to 'Avatar'

I get this:

Draco	Hi, in order to use avatars now, you need to gain 'points' and by them in the store. You get points by doing useful stuff.
