error editing abilites in WE

I just got TFT and I was so excited to try out the new WE and the ability to edit spells in it. No more unpacking editing and repacking. Anyway, when I click on the abilities tab in the object editor, I get an error and WE closes down. I searched all over but cant find out how to fix it. Can someone please help.

maybe you could tell us what the error message says?

Or is it just the good old Win XP notify window?

i suggest either reinstalling war3/war3x

or if that dont work go back 2 slk editing

but the only way we gonna know what truly is the problem, is a screenshot like PitzerMike said.
