STEP 1: Download Paint Shop Pro and it's Crck. insert "a" between "r" and "c"
STEP 2: Install It
STEP 3: Get Image Exractor 2
STEP 4: Fire up Paint Shop Pro
STEP 5: Make a new image, 64x64, 24 bit, Black background. The rest doesn't matter in the window.
STEP 6: Draw on it and make things
STEP 7: Give it an alpha channel (go to masks, New, Show All and then go to Masks, Save to alpha channel. Call it "Alpha Channel".)
STEP 8: Save, but make sure you save as a TGA (Truevision Targa) and click on the Options... Button and selecting Uncompressed. Then save.
STEP 9: Open the image in Image Extractor 2 (Open -> Image). Make sure it shows in the box to the right, then go to Save -> Image. Select BLizzard image maP (.blp) and save your file as whatever.blp. You have to type the .blp, sometimes the extractor will save as a tga.
Voila! You know have a button. You need to make it into .blp format elsewise the file will be huge (sometimes up to 2 mb!) when in TGA Form. The images are stunningly smaller, and usable in your map (import manager for TFT people and WinMPQ for WC3 people). Hope this helped!
