editing MDX via Text?

im looking for a tutorial or a thead about modeling the MDX using text" its possible??

.mdx is a binary format, and requires a hex editor to edit it by hand, what you probobally want is to convert the model file to .mdl, an ascii file, and edit it there. Http://chobo.wc3campaigns.com/convert.zip contains yobguls file converter which you can use for convertions.

dont think you gona find a tut about editig geosets threw mdl cause some mdx editor programs are free and everyone uses it. but if you want to learn to add some effects like particle emiting, billboarding or other stuff then you ll find tuts around ... but now that the art tool pack has been relased less people will use mdl editing...
