Blood Rider Skin Problem

Alright so I made this cool skin as always, but theres a big problem. It looks fine in the W3Viewer (As seen below) but when I put it in the editor or in-game it looks really screwed up (As seen lower). I replaced the normal Dragonhawk blp and the BloodElfDragonHawk blp with the blp I made based off the Dragonhawk blp from RoC. If anyone knows what the problem is or can help I would greatly, greatly appreciate it.

you'd have to model the unit to get a different shape, I believe that when you skin you just apply the paint to the model, to get a different shape to the skin you have to model a new one

Here's a question....What program did you use to skin? PSP screws the image up (flips it upside down I belive) unless you got some patch (this is the latest version that screws up with .blp's for wc3) (Thanks for that little piece of knowledge KDE ;)). Hope that helps...the only way would be to save it under PhotoShop, so just dl the trial then save it and then it should be just fine. Great job with the skin btw!
