Alot of things are happening on IRC recently concerning Warcraft III modding and editing. After Blizzard released the ArtTools the program known as Dex (were ment to do the same as the ArtTools) became obsolate. Allthough the IRC channel for the ArtTools is now crowded with users that shares info on how to import models into the game and give out tips.

CitizenSnips is currently on IRC teaching people how to use this tool and how to use 3DS Max to make some great models. In addition to this a new tool will be released soon (probably by CitizenSnips) that will push modding even further than Blizzard was capable of. Come on IRC and meet the real modders and see what they are cooking up for us all.

Many things and changes will happen here at Wc3Campaigns in the next month. A full site update featuring a pretty neat downloads center and tutorials center will be added and we will bring you upgraded forum and site software.

Nozdormu	It's sad that Dex is no longer being worked on. It was the last hope of people who didn't have the luck or money to have 3d Studio MAX.

Wowlands has one but it only works for their channel. Find one that lets you join any server, any channel.

Does not always work i'm afraid, i've tried, doesn't work at my school at least. Though it's worth a try.

I would like to join, but I've never used irc before. If anyone finds a web based one, perhaps they can post it here. Also, I'd like to know if anyone knows any really good 3dmax sites or perhaps is writing a tut on how to create and then inport into war3. I know that it isn't easy, but everyone has to learn somewhere and I'm a fast learner and can usually pick stuff up. So, anyways, perhaps we'll see some of this on here.
