Need a music GUY!

Ok. As it says, i need some music 4 my campiagn im entering into the thingy. So if any one is kind enough to help me, you can be more than welcome to come and help ane be apart of the campagin that is going to rock the world. Its going to have tons of new origanl things. Im not going to list them, but i have the prouloogue finished and i will realease it in the new futrute (2weeks max). I also need a modler/skinner. this is essientail for this campiagn for the different paths of the game you can take is incredilbe(WHOOPS). I must really point out that you guys are in no way to be credited for other people's music if your just posting it in a thread. If you did not compose it, how can you be the one credited for it?

If you read that long thing about the rules it explains the time I personally spend testing the songs and reconfiguring them so that they still sound good and have smaller size. I also spend a good deal of time just plain looking for good songs for maps, it is not like we are asking for points, in fact someone gave myself points and I returned them. We just want credit for all the time I spend looking and configuring the songs I place on the forum.

Mabye you should explain that you do not actually make the songs. You guys make it believe you do. And that is real childish, sure it is somewhere, but 80% does not read it where you put it.

It is called courtesy, you are only asking to obe included in the credits yourself... While ignoring the original composer, childish behaviour if you ask me. Not to mention anyone can get a better sounding version of those mp3s off various websites, what is the use of upping a crapped version of a WoW tune that is readily available on the Blizzard site?

I think the answer is that some people should be clearly -recommending- music instead.

Yes I know, but I cannot move it to the front, if a moderator would do that I would be very thankful, childish, how is that childish? Giving credit to the original composers should be a given, but I will add it. I did not expect someone to react so negatively towards the thread. I will also add in big bold letters we did not create these songs.

Maglock all I am trying to do is give some good songs to people with lowered size so they can add it to battle.net maps. I have not posted and WoW music, I personaly think you have not read the forum.

Magic, music suggestions are welcomed and even encouraged, alot of the music I have been adding is a users requests. People are also encourage to right down whether they like the song or not, the only thing I will not tolerate is people flaming each and posting information that has nothing to do with the thread!

Well thnx for the feedback, I will do my best to improved the thread. Me and hiya work completely indepentdant of each other, so I have no control over what he post, in music or not. I have been gicing the name of the author for every file I have put on the thread.

Edited because: Maglock can you give specific examples of how we make it seem as we create the songs, so I make change them. But I do not see how I make it seem as I create the songs at all I list alot of information about the MP3 including the Author/Band/Game..

Hiya posted a WoW track.
And for example Hiya has posted in the composer contest with a track... wich he probably did not make. When we confronted him with it and asked for ther work files he suddenly shut up.

I'm not stickying Hiya's thread because it's too messy. All the mp3's should be together, otherwise it will take too long for people to read through it all.
And I know you can't post more than one at a time since you're relying on the attachment function on the forum, but that still doesn't make it easier for people to get the music.
Find a site to host it all on (Or sites that do have them), or perhaps set up some service in #wc3campaigns where people can ask you to send them the music.

Magic the only problem, for me atleast with #wc3campaigns is I use 56k. People will not wait that long to get a song, I would have to get hosted buy a site or something. I have and still am currently am taking web design course but I dont think I would have the time to mantian a website right now. ER about moving the post to the front I was not refering to sticking it, there are so many post a day it does not need to be stickied. I meant to say (if it is possible) that you could move the post of all the rules that I have on the 3 page of the thread to the first page. Yeah I did not know that Maglock, but what does that have to do with the thread? In the thread he even made this statement.



He was refering to a question that I deleted asking where did he get these. I am think about just starting another thread because I am have a hard time dealing with all the problems of this one which clearly I have no control over. Most likely in the next few days I will be creating a new thread with all the songs on it, and the FFIX Feel my Blade.

I want to make it a locked thread that only I can post songs on it so that you dont have 10 songs in 60 replies. If people want to post what songs they want they can start a new tread asking, or maybe there can be an officail request thread that can be cleaned up every little bit? That is just some of my ideas.
