help me

ok when i downloaded all the things i needed to skin i was like :ggani: so i go to search to locate it i find the file wmpq or something like that and then i couldn't open any of my newley downloaded files. Every time i try to open them it says to open this file it need to first know where it came from. I cant do that it gives me a list of windows websites to go to and they dont help. Plus i can't even find Wc3 Extractor II some one help me!:( I was concidering re-downloading it and putting it in a different file, but now i cant find wherw i got it from. But i rember the link name it was : skinning eaiser than you think usless fact" every time you sneez your hear actually stops. Some one help me!

do you have winrar? it unzips downloaded programs
I am asuming that your problem is that you want to open a skin you got offline but it does not work, correct?
please be more clear in what is wrong and what you are trying to do
and use paragraphs
