This is my 2nd skin, please give some comments:

looks ok some CnP also. LOL thats the funniest cap i ever saw. 5/10 average work

the cape, is kinda middle schoolish
and the eyes appear as if she cried with an excess of mascara on

I like this look. I find nothing wrong with the cnp. The face could be improved slightly though, it looks awkward.

edit:

after looking at it some more, I've decided the face is fine, but the hood needs some work. Make it something besides a skull, perhaps a pentagram would be nice.

I think it's brilliant - very much like the Dark Ranger (A good thing) and suitably twisted. The skull on the back looks terrific too.
