35263526	To make a new menu screen, you need 3ds Max. To alter one you should skin it. Both require changing files in the .MPQs.

gurubvin	more specifically u alter one of the .txt files. if i remember correctly. i think campaigns.txt. open up rok mpq if u nd more info
