Question

I've purchased an avatar I wanted from my computer about 5 times, but it won't show up. I changed it's size to 150x150 pixels, and down to 67,854 bytes, but it's not showing up... I've wasted a bit of points and it's annoying. What's my problem?

Does an error message appear?

BTW, you didn't have to add the losing a lot of point thing, I think people don't really give a **** when people complain about points:(

It doesn't give an error message, it acts like it worked.

Uhmm, well something wrong with the avatar itself? Alpha channeling? dunno, I'm kinda a newb to stuff like that:D well I dunno, maybe someone else can help:bgrun:

Crap, didn't attach. Argh. Well, it still isn't working.

make sure its either GIF or JPEG, and its at least 150x150 pixles and under a certain amout of bytes.

when all of the above is done it should work.

Are things done in Paint GIF or JPEG files? If not, how can I make them into one?

open picture in a paint program

go to FILE

Then SAVE AS

under file type (which is under the name of the document)

put it under JPEG

and ill save

load that up and you should have a avatar

OMG that was the solution? I would think it would be more advanced, I would of said that, but i thought you would of done that, I dunno why...I'm light minded :(. Well I tryed. Adios, ¿Usted sabe algún español? :D Sé un pequeño :)
