What tells the game where to put the team's color?

I opened a skin in photoshop and it seems that where ever it is transparent that's where the player's team color is shown. So I wanted to add face paint to the archers like the rangers in WC2 but it makes it see through. So I need to now how to make this work!

the alphas are actually in the model file (eg Man.mdx) so unless you model edit it and make / or take alphas itll always make the alpha you created transparent (unless it has already been alpha'd by blizz)

hope this helps

Well if you want the marking on his face non teamcolor, remove alpha on face.

I think he wants to put team colour on the archer's face. You need model editing to put team colour in places it isn't already.

Ask in the modeling forum.
