Removing translucency on Angel .mdx

I downloaded the Angel .mdx from Campaign Creations, and I want to use it as a unit in my AoS (see sig). But, I want to skin it, but as it is translucent the skin won't work very well.

Is it possible to make it sold instead of translucent by .mdl editing? How would I do this?

If you can't do it with .mdl editing, could someone remove the translucency for me?

I attached the model.

Thanks.

Is this just impossible? If it is could someone tell me so I don't waste any more time on it.

I haven't dled the model, but I'm going to say that yes, it's almost certainly possible to change it as you want via mdl editing. Look for a material defined with the "additive" parameter, and change that from additive to "none" or "blend" (I *think* either would work, but you may have to double check. I believe that the "alpha" parameter is irrelevent at that point, but just to be safe, you may want to raise any values less than 1 to become 1 for that material, as well.
