Points for Mature forum posts?

Off topic posts do not add to your points. I can see reason behind that. Half the forum is random spam, but still fun.

but the mature discussion is different. Is it purely just because its not warcraft afli-affil-affliated(?)

If you add points to mature, then the normal OT forum will be empty and all the trash will go there instead.

If it isn't mature it should get moved. If its spam the spammer should be banned.

I suppose it's a contribution to the forum, but then again, mature people know points are just that - a virtual number. The higher they are doesn't mean you're a better (forumer) person, it's what you do achieving that number that counts.
People can always just donate points to them I guess.
