World Editor and Abilities Help

Is there any way to make it possible for a custom building to use a hero ability such as Storm Bolt? If so, how and what editor is needed.

hmm, maybe make a custom hero, turn its model into a building, root it to the ground, if that doesnt work, sorry, wouldnt have a clue :(

I think you can, just make a custom ability off storm bolt and make it a unit ability... then make the building off of a moonwell and give it the custom storm bolt u made.

Why not make it a custom spell like the one you want and give it that. If you want levels then make it upgradable.
