Terrain question

how do u make it so you can have more than 7 terrain tile sets, how do you edit your base tile, and how do you edit you cliff tile

any help would be greatly appreciated

I did do a search, but i didnt find anything that matched what i wanted

All of those except for cliff tiles can be done with special editors and such, I'm not sure about MPQ editing.
Cliff tiles are a bit harder, You can replace them, but they'll screw up.
