How do you do a good Waterfall?

Ive got some trouble, i wanna know how people make waterfalls, i made this, but i dont think its that good, any ideas?

That's a great start, Rampager, nothing to be ashamed of there.

It could use a few more rocks, particularly in the water. Also, consider putting heavy white fog over the water; there should be a lot of mist spraying around, and it would help hide the waterfalls that are under the water.

Also, one of the trees looks like it's floating above the water line a little bit.

Otherwise, it's quite nice.

Quick question: is there another way to add fog or mist aside from using it as a region weather effect? The heaviest fog setting is still too light for me.

I'm sure there is a good filter that you can use. I forgot the name, but if it's there try dungeon wind.

i can give a tip,
there is little option at increse ( i think) where you can set that water dont need a wall ( or just puch ctrl+shift+w)

Looks like a custom one.

And I STILL can't find the mist. :bangH:
